  i walked in and was amazed at the presentation of the restaurant. I had the scallops and the pork belly as an all up main. The scallops were cooked to perfection and were what I would expect. The pork belly was slightly over cooked, but, was very enjoyable and tasty. Thought the price was good, and got what you paid for. The faults I thought, no tooth picks,(got to have tooth picks, eating meat), and I would have like another drink while eating. Ipswich is on a winner here. And I think the more people go out and dine and review, I think the better the food will become. Thank you for a beautiful dinner!!!

  The building overall has a lot of history for me, having studied there in the day's it was a TAFE college. I am very impressed to see what has replaced it with this very lovely restaurant. It has a very lovely atmosphere to it, and upon walking into the restaurant it has a lovely new smell to it. The staff are all very presentable, friendly and professional. The food was indeed worth waiting for. I have especially enjoyed going there for breakfast a few times. As for dinner I would indeed highly recommend it. I have to say this place has continuously impressed me. There is a patio dining area there, under an amazing fig tree which is so beautiful and picturesque at night. The atmosphere overall is very relaxing. Certainly give this delightful restaurant a go. It is a real credit to the manager who run's it. Thank you to all the staff there. I'll be back :)

  37 minutes after being seated we finally got our first drinks (after telling someone we didn't have them!) The drinks were not correct and had to be fixed. This service level seemed to be the theme of the night - super nice people, but ghosts. The food was ok, but not worth the price tag. Fun to try once, but would not go back.

  Disappointing. We had to wave someone down to get a drinks menu. Later, had to wave someone down to actually place a drinks order. Almost 20 minutes into our visit and no-one had attended us.
