  I was absoloutley disgusted with our service on Thursday from this company. Booked a wheelchair taxi to take my mum out from the nursing home for lunch. First taxi arrived and his hoist didnt work, so he ordered another and we waited another 10 mins. We got to the designated place for lunch and asked the taxi driver if we could book a taxi for 2pm, knowing that mum would be ready to go home by this stage and also knew the taxi would have to be free to the school kids that require them. We went outside at 1.55pm to wait for this taxi and was still waiting at 2.10pm and I rang them to be told that no taxi had been booked for us. by 2.29pm, the taxi had still not arrived and by this stage my poor mum was in a lot of pain and was due for her meds. At 2.45pm still no taxi and another call was made to be told one was on his way, by this stage my mum was in alot of pain and getting distressed. The taxi arrived at 2.58pm and by this stage my poor was was a mess and very teary after what should of been a nice arvo out. i found out off the taxi driver who was actually from Brisbane and had only come to Bundamba and we were at Brassall., to drop a wheelchair off and he got asked to do the job and he didn't know where is was going. He was very apologetic and disgusted with the service we got. We waited and hour for a taxi. Shame on ur service Ipswich Taxis.

  I have used this service several times over the past few weeks. The drivers are fast, but are quite unprofessional and my fair always fluctuates by atleast almost double the usual. Only worth using early in the morning when bus systems are rubbish

  NEARLY KILLED MY FAMILY BECAUSE HE WAS TO BUSY LOOKING AT THE COMPUTER SCREEN THE WHOLE DRIVE. NEARLY PULLED OUT INFRONT OF A CAR . Uber is the way to go!!!

  We have used Yellow Cabs many times to get to the airport. They are much more cheaper than the others. Very friendly, helpful and professional services received . Thanks!

  If I could give no stars I would. Terrible service, ended up getting out of the cab within 20metres from pickup and walking home in the middle of the night after the driver complained about me choosing a fixed fair, called me ridiculous and said the small trip was a waste of his time. I travel with uber now.
