  I had a great experience with Whybirds. They delivered the contents of my 20ft container (which had been stored at their facility for six months) to an apartment in a difficult block that was two flights of stairs up - no elevator! They were fast, professional and very positive throughout the move. Could not fault them.

  6 times ive moved with whybirds and have never had a problem. They even go above the service i expect.

  Like most others here we are having a terrible experience with this company. Anyone looking for a reliable service, please do not fall for the stories this mob will tell you. Moving Brisbane to Ireland. We were told that another customer had a partially filled container at the port waiting to go to Ireland, our belongings would conveniently fill the rest, and as soon as our items were removed from our house and brought to the port, that container would leave. We initially wanted our own container but this was sold to us as being a much better cheaper option and it was all ready to go. 5 weeks later our items are still sitting god knows where and we've paid over thousands to this crowd. They were not forthcoming with any information about a delay or never raised the potential for delay. Still no date for departure, instead we've been told if we want our items shipped now we have to pay over in excess of another $1000, on top of what we have already paid!! Seriously think twice about using this company, especially if you want a company you can trust.
