    Waited 54 mins then they cut me off. They want you to report any changes to your status, yet they don't answer your calls and keep you waiting. I had to ring on my mobile phone as I don't have a land line. What appalling customer service. Would the staff like to wait that long at a bank, to be served in a shop or making an appointment with a doctor? I don't think so. This is ridiculous behaviour from a government office. Now I can't even ring back as it's constantly engaged. (As if I want to)

    Hour waits to tell them one simple thing. Two to three hours on hold to be put through to the same person. These are just a couple of things I have experienced

    Have no problems with the wait but when one staff member tells me one thing after 1 hour wait, and I then have to wait another 1,5 hours before someone else tells me I still cannot get what I need done, that truly is upsetting. I can garantee you I have better things to do with my time. And just for the record, an apology costs nothing and would have helped a lot, so do some work on your people skills. I hope I never have to come back!

    It's good to read the reviews for those that need future access to efficient customer service. Doesn't look like very good service at this branch.

    Rang twice and then I was hung up on , hoe do I get to talk to a person and not a machine that just hangs up on me
