  Terrible. Left my watch there to be polished. Was told to come back in an hour and told them i would be back tomorrow. Came back the next day and they hadn't even bothered to do it. Totally wasted trip and terrible service. No apology or anything.

  Needed a battery change on my watch. Simple enough. The assistant couldn't get the backplate back on the watch and it had to be outsourced to another company to put the plate on. The rough handling of the watch and the contaminated watch press prompted me to check the face for scratches which there were. The manager offered to send it away for one week to get refinished. Bad communication throughout the process and finally got it back 3 weeks later. Rubbish.

  Apparently it takes 2 sales assistants for a lady to try a ring on. I was there for 10 minutes on crutches and in a walking boot and not once was I looked at or asked if they could help.

  Customer service at the riverlink store is apaulling.
